Expired Products:

We guarantee the freshness of our ice creams. If, despite our rigorous quality control measures, you receive an expired product, please notify us within 3 hours of receipt, without breaking the seal, and we will promptly refund your amount.

Incorrect Products:

We take pride in our accuracy, but if you receive an incorrect product, kindly inform us within 3 hours of delivery. We will issue a refund or provide a replacement of the same or a lower-value product.

Damaged or broken seal:

For your safety and satisfaction, please do not accept any delivery if the seal is broken. Notify the delivery personnel immediately. Once accepted, we cannot process refunds or replacements for broken seals.

Melted Icecream:

While we take every precaution to preserve the quality of our ice creams, external factors such as weather or delivery delays may cause melting. If your ice cream arrives melted, we recommend refreezing it for 30 minutes before consumption.
